A stable, growth-oriented organization with international operations is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service & International Logistics Coordinator to support customer accounts and outbound shipments. This role focuses on order management, customer communication, and international shipping coordination within a structured, compliance-conscious environment.

This position is well-suited for a professional who is Spanish/English bilingual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with documentation, customer data, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders, adjustments, and returns accurately and efficiently
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide timely, professional responses to questions, concerns, and service issues
  • Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and export-related documentation
  • Ensure documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time
  • Coordinate international shipments with external partners and internal teams
  • Follow established guidelines related to international shipping and transportation requirements
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Handle sensitive and confidential customer and order information appropriately
  • Maintain organized records and support general administrative functions as needed
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service and logistics processes

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English - required - read, write, speak professionally
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer management systems (ERP/CRM experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with international shipping or export documentation (preferred, not required)
  • Understanding of regulated shipping environments is a plus
  • Experience supporting logistics, customer service, or operations teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow
